SIZING
The Morris last runs about a half size large compared to standard Brannock sizing — we recommend sizing down a half size. While the Morris is offered in a D width, it has a generous fit that comfortably accommodates many E-width feet.

A NOTE ON LEATHER
Each boot is crafted from authentic leather, which may exhibit minor scratches, blemishes, and non-uniform coloring. These are inherent traits of the natural material and its finishing.
CARE
Aspen is a dense, firm horse leather from Horween. Its tight fiber structure makes it naturally durable and resistant to moisture.
- Cleaning: Wipe down with a damp cloth after wear. For heavier dirt, use a horsehair brush. Air dry only — never use direct heat.
- Conditioning: Apply a leather cream when the leather looks dry or feels stiff. Aspen's dense fiber structure means it needs less conditioning than softer leathers, but shouldn't be neglected entirely.
- Scratches: Light surface marks can often be buffed out with a horsehair brush.
- Storage: Use shoe trees between wears to help the leather hold its shape.

Having bought a number of English boots, I wanted to add a pair of US service style boots with a cap toe to my collection. When you have large feet (UK 12), you have to pay particular attention to their shape of to avoid them looking too clumsy, which is why I chose these Foxhall boots. I’m really happy with my purchase, the quality and colour of the leather is fantastic, their build quality and comfort are great too and they retain a certain elegance even in my size.
These are my most-worn and most-complimented boots for the year. Really blown away by the quality and profile. The leather really sings after a couple months of wear. Echo other reviewers; I’m a 10.5 brannock; I ordered a 10 which I’m comfortable with, but a 9.5 likely could have worked for a snug fit.
I bought a pair of these after seeing them online. The color is so good, and the texture is amazing. I love the subtle detail on the toe cap too. I wear a 10.5 in sneakers, and had to size down to 9.5 to make them work, but they fit well without being too tight. Overall I am very happy, and can’t wait to see what else they come up with.
